My Toyota camry is a 2002 my starter
went out just got a new. It stil want
crank what could the problem be.

We would normally conduct the diagnosis with a Digital Volt Meter. Absent this Tool...look for corrosion or a bad connection at the Battery. Funky looking white powder is a dirty connection and should be cleaned. Any warning lights ON or Flashing?
