Problem with Acceleration and motor seems to be running rough

I have a 2002 Toyota Camry Le 4 cyl. The car
initially started having a problem cranking and
would seemingly hesitate to take off from red lights,
etc and didn’t want to accelerate past 50mph. I had
the codes tested and they came back as an O2
sensor and a VVT so I had both O2 sensors and the
VVT changed. The running issues resolved but the
car still wouldn’t crank. I would have to turn the key
over numerous times to get it to fire up or just let it
sit for a while. I was told to replace the crankshaft
sensor or possibly a faulty coil. I replaced 2 coils
and the crankshaft sensor and now the car is
having problems accelerating and seems to be
running rough. The rpms don’t move even with the
pedal to the floor. It will eventually kick it and seem
to want to go for a second and then right back to
the same thing. The car was running like a sewing
machine before the crankshaft sensor and coils
were replaced with the exception of the cranking
issue.
