Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an automatic 05 Chevy cavalier. I've
changed two solinoids in the transmission.
I've changed the shift cable also.. Now any
gear I put it in is drive.   What am I doing

Without knowing what two solenoid you changed and how and actually being there, it will be hard to tell. You said you changed the shift cable, did you set it up with the proper pressure? What was the symptoms of the vehicle before the swap? Maybe there is something else going on? Check with a local trans shop?

My guess is the transmission needs a full rebuild rather than band aids.
