Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My speedometer, tachometer, temperature gauge
quit and the windows also quit. Checked all the
fuses and the fuse box has no power and its the fuse box in the car and also
to note that my starter is also not charging my battery but just this January a
mechanic that i let look at it had told me that my neutral safety switch was
full of water and he blew the water out im thinking that the water had
shorted out something in the wiring harness but dont kno where to start look

Ck the ALT Fuse in the under hood fuse box. This is a bolted in fuse and you will need a test light or a volt meter to check it out. Get back with result.
