Your description does not sound good. Possible internal engine problem. With the engine NOT running....pull the engine oil dipstick and see where the oil level is. Smell the oil. Does it smell like gas? Feel the oil between 2 fingers. Does it feel gritty? Does the engine noise occur when the engine is Idling...or...when you rev her up? How many miles on this engine?

What if I have 2000 Toyota Camry that the radiator busted one day while idling and went right away to buy brand new one n replaced it. Since the following day it has a loud rattle kinda like if a screw was in a tin can clinking inside lol that’s the best I could describe it. When it idles it has this sound and when I accelerate it makes same noise but weird thing is if I kinda floor it then it doesn’t make the noise at all. I checked hoses and one was a lil bit loose so had it tightened but noise seems to be getting louder and more frequent plz help and sorry for jumping in this post
