Need more information. You could have a bad strut itself, a bad strut bearing plate or bushings, or a loose strut. At any rate it will take a mechanic to look at it and see where the problem lies.

my toyota camry 2014 year,front suspension noise,i change absorber,ball joints,sway bar,lower arm assy and bar bush,but still kokoko noise,why?
