What will keep a car from starting back up after over Heating?

My Sons Wife Car "1999 Toyota Camry LE 2.2L Auto Trans" Blew a Radiator and the car stopped running.
   I ( "Red" Her Father-in-Law; Bought an New Radiator, Took the Old out, Changed Everything over to the New one, Put New Hose's on it, Took off the Old Thermostat , Cleaned up Everything Put the New Thermostat in, Put & Hook up the New Radiator, Filled the Radiator with water so I could flush it out, Turned the Key the Engine turned Over ok But Did not Start! Is there any relays on this engine that would do that? No Oil in the Antifreeze, No Antifreeze in the Oil, I haven't had time yet to Ck the Compression

I think the engine is cooked. Do the compression test.

did you try and prime/spray the fuel inlet/lntake///so it could be fuel or ign / spark issue..

Im going to do an compression test on it 1st to see how it is from there, But Kelly thats a good I D to do Ill try starter Spray Thanks all

Check for spark and fuel. If when cranking the engine to start it, it sounds like the starter spins faster than normal, the timing belt may be broken.
