I figured out it was smoking from spark plug wire sitting against the motor once I move the wire it wasn’t smoking anymore I hope it didn’t cause any damage

Sounds like the SP wire was grounding out the spark plug causing that cylinder to misfire. The engine would have been running bad and some smoke would have been coming from the tailpipe, but not that much. Is that what happened?

Yes now it’s acting funny I really don’t know what’s going on I put over $300 in to trying fix it already an it’s not smoking anymore but making weird noise

Welllllll... The good news is that the spark plug wire grounding out most likely didn't hurt your engine, but it's not impossible, especially if it was doing it for a long time. So, if you press on the gas, what's it doing? What's acting funny?

Question.... Just to get this outta the way... when you changed out the spark plugs, did you make certain the wires were put back onto the same plugs they came off of? They must be put back in the same location as they came off of and each wire boot must be pushed on securely to each plug. If not, the engine may idle okay, but when you try to go, the engine may misfire. (this probably won't hurt your engine if fixed within a resonable amount of time).

Ok this is what I know... it’s cranking up without any smoke now But it’s like acting funny when I try to drive like the check engine lights comes on when I try go over 35 .. an it’s like a tapping sound an just acting funny like not how it was before I changed oil spark plugs fuel pump battery an air intact hose like it not being normal sorry I’m a girl an I don’t no anything about my car except I have tried to fix it

Being a girl is allowed... you're trying to fix it, which is more than many males or females would do, however, I really think it's time to get a more engine-savvy person to look at your engine. Do you have any friends or coworkers that can help you? If not, do you have a trustworthy mechanic who will understand that you're done spending money on the car? It could still be something simple, just overlooked. Posting a video on YT and outlining the problem so others can easily see it first-hand may also be real helpful.
