Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Engine quits while driving.  I checked for spark, and its ok. I sprayed some starting fluid, didnt work.  During attempt of starting, Engine turns but sounds like no effort to build compression.  Could it be timing belt?

Yes. You might want to do a compression test as well. This will let you know how many cylinders may be affected by the timing belt going out.
