Is there a few things I could check on my car
before u replace the fuel pump?

Camshaft position sensor, Crankshaft sensor might be worth looking at.

When was the last time the Fuel Filter was replaced.? The starter fluid test is a good suggestion to rule out a fuel delivery issue. Use caution...SF is highly flammable. Get back with results.
