Also took and read a code said it was a tempature control ciruit one i do need so help please

Take a look at the Fan/Cond relays located at the under hood fuse/relay box. Do you see a COND relay? Do you see a Fan Relay #1...and...a Fan Relay #2?

Yes those are the relays i used too a jump wire and the fan came on

OK...next....check for a blown fuse in that same Fuse/Relay Box.

I did there is no fuse i can finde for the fans under the hood or the fuse panel behinde the change drawer in the dash either someone said that they dont have a fuse for this make or model

Look again under the Hood...left side( Driver Side)...Junction Box #2. There should be a 30 amp RDI Fuse(Radiator Fan). There should also be a 30 amp CDS Fuse(Condenser Fan)..if you have AC installed on this vehicle. Do the Fans run when you turn ON the AC? These fuses are heavy duty types. They might have a window so you can visually check them with out removal.

I found them they look intackt but rusty really badly probly needs changed thanks man i will change them and let you know what happens thanks for the tips

Both is rusted badly car sat for a year before i had perchased it.

Rusty.....vehicle sat for awhile. Perhaps that Fuse Box was left uncovered for awhile. I hope this is not the beginning of more trouble ahead. Good Luck.

Nope didnt work fans wont come on inless i use a jump wire from relay to relay

Does the AC work and blow cold air? Do the fans run when you turn on the AC?

Try this....go out a buy a 12 volt DC TEST LIGHT at WalMart. Attach the alligator clip,of the TL to Battery Ground. Use the point of the test light on each side of the 30 amp Fan Fuse with the ignition switch ON. Does the light light on both sides of the fuse? Check the other 30 amp fuse the same way. Get back with results.
