How to test and replace 1995 Camry engine fan relay

I am trying to test or replace the fan relays for my 95 Camry. The fans were working but then both stopped. Turned on the A/C and the radiator fans worked, but then stopped. I replfromaced the radiator and temperature sensor. I am trying to test the relays. There is power to the relay and fuse box on the left side under the hood.. I pulled a couple of the relays to test with a multimeter, one seemed ok, but I'm unsure of the the other.Then I got the old relays mixed up and I don't know which goes where. The diagram on the relay box shows I block empty. Then there are 3 spots for the relays.
Starting with the slender relay and fuse diagram. from driver: A/C MGN, FAN NO. 2   I think is a green
FAN NO. 3   I think is a brown
Then a 20 AMP fuse for the radio and a 10 AMP fuse marked ST.

FAN NO. 1  is on the right side of the radiator.
I am planning to test the connectors at the radiator .

If anyone can help figure this out I will be grateful.

Actually I should have added that I need to know if both relays are the same resistance. Also is what is the correct relay for the A/C MGN spot. Thanks
