1994 toyota camry oil light blinks while driving

Had oil changed at the Toyota dealership and the oil light after driving the car for several hours started
blinking. The light was blinking before and after oil change it stopped.

If it stopped AFTER the oil change you were probably low on oil BEFORE the oil change. If it started to blink after the oil change check your oil level right away. You could have a leak, or your oil pressure transducer decided to stop working coincidentally after oil change.
