94 Toyota Camry stalled

Once coming from work my 94
Toyota Camry 4 cylinder wouldn't
drive pass 50mph, turned out to be
the Cadillac converter so I had that
replaced. Then after driving for
about 30 mins or longer when
coming to a stop light or sign my car
would want to shut off so I would
throw it in neutral.... This morning it
felt as if my car wasn't getting no
power then after putting gas got
back on the hwy then I heard a noise
coming from the engine and my car
kept wanting to shut off if I came to
s stop it would shut off and hard to
get it started again....so I got it to
drive then made a turn and it over
heated and shut off....now it won't
turn back on....any ideas of what it
could be?

I would address the Over Heating issue first. Check and fill the system to the proper level. BEFORE you attempt a restart...check the Engine Oil for quantity ....Quality......and color. Does the oil smell like GAS? Does it feel gritty between your fingers? Is the oil Black...really black in color? If the Engine continues with a Crank but no Start...I would be inclined to check FUEL PRESSURE.
