Fuel coming out of exhaust pipe

I have 1993 Toyota Camry vientta v6,when I start it up it idles rough,when I rev
it large amounts of fuel come out exhaust  pipe

Just a note to clarify. Do you see.....smell what appears to be LIQUID gasoline coming out of the exhaust pipe?

Yes,it smells of petrol,and when you rev it it comes out 3 to 4 feet from tailpipe leaving large amounts of petrol on ground

Wow...very DANGEROUS. Fuel...air...heat....BOOM. checkthe fuel pressure regulator. Suggest the following. Do not start and run the engine. Pull the engine oil dip stick. Smell...feel...the oil on the DS. If it smells like GAS... you have gasoline mixed in the oil. Not good. Remove the rubber hose on the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Is it wet with fuel...does it smell like gas? If yes...you have a FPR that is allowing fuel to go directly into the intake manifold. Replace the FPR...drain the oil and replace oil and oil filter. Get back with results.
