What can cause my car not to start

1993 Toyota Camry 4 cyl, I was driving down the road one day and my car jerk and then cut off. I had put gas in it the night before. I changed my spark plugs and wires, I put a distributor cap, and distributor on it, I put a fuel pump on it. But still isn't cranking what can be the problem ?

Does the engine turn over but not start or is is completely dead?

The engine turns over but it don't start. The battery is dead but I recently got it charge up.
