I have a 1991 Toyota Camry it will start but shuts off after 10 minutes of running what's the problem

If it run,s and then shut,s down as you say,check the fuel pressure,may be fuel pump is getting hot and bad.

Electrical issue are so hard to diagnose. especially on the internet. You will need someone to look at it with you.

First try replacing your EGR valve.
