Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was driving down street and all power went out
on my 2003 toyota avalon 3.0,it has new
battery.Would not take s jump.Had it towed on
thursday on friday they said battery cables.On
saturday tbey said starter and phone later i got call
enginr locked up. The crank wont turn over. They
did not put starter or battery in car.Stuck it in
trunk.Guy said his boss almost broke his tork bar
trying to turn engine.Statred was not a problem. Is
my engine locked or is they dong know anything
