When I pull the hood relesae nothing happens. I tried pulling the cable with pliers and no results. Any suggestions?
It doesn't feel it is releasing the the latch at all.

I have a 2002 Toyota 4 Runner. Love it. No problems past 15 years. 287,000 miles recently my wife drove it to her appointment and when it was time for her to leave it would not srart. I towed it home and come to find out only half of the fuse box under the hood has power. The longest run of fuses does not. I need help. Any ideas ??? 2 Answers
