What year parts are compatible with a 2000 toyota 4 runner was looking to
pick up a used rear wheel bearing from a junk yard

By the time you drive to the junk yard, then pay the admission fee, you would almost be able to buy a brand new wheel bearing. ($28.00- $34.00) This is the most practical thing to do as well as being the safest way to go. Make sure you buy bearing grease and pack it well.
