1995 toyota 4 runner keeps jumping time. need to know what the problem might be.

put new tensioner, water pump,new belt. timing marks on marks but jumps evertytime we try to start it.

Once you release the tb tensioner, you are supposed to crank the engine over complete revolution by hand before attempting to crank it. Do this, and make sure all mark are lined up, make sure belt is tight,

Well it's been cranked and they were not lined up have I done damage to the 24 valve 6 cylinder on the Toyota or not
