The front wipers will not turn off on my 1994 4runner

I have the same problem in my 92 4runner. It seems to happen after I go thru a carwash with undercarriage spray. I haven't had this happen in a long while now, for some reason it comes and goes. I first had this happen in lower elevations (Georgia) And have not seen this problem since I brought the truck back to Colorado. ODD.

I would say that it is the control computer, either that or electrical surges to the wiper motors
