92 4Runner 22re fuel problem

I replaced old engine with long block. After
put all together when try to start it cranks,
but no fuel and have fuel squirting from top
of tank and it is under pressure when take
cap off

Try some starting fluid, if it starts for a second, the fuel filter could be clogged if its getting fuel
