what size is the 6 point bolt on the cylinder head of a 3.0 3vze engine, 1990 4 runner?

Doing head gasket job on 90 4 runner got my head on and arp head studs then realized i
had lost the 6 point bolt that you torque after the head stud nuts, just need to know the
size of this bolt so i can replace it.

Its a 14 mil about 3 inches long , and it has a spacer or washer that is about half inch thick
