Engine hot-turn off air conditioner

My 2006 Chevy Impala is giving
error message, as noted above.
Why is thos message coming up
when i am not using air and it is in
the winter time. Is it because i dod
not let my car waem up before
driving and/or i am low on
antafreeze/coolant?
