Get two large flat screwdrivers and/or butter knives, and find any window whose top rear corner is easiest to pry outward about a half inch. Then fashion a thick coat hanger into a long stiff rod with a bent hook or loop end so as to insert this "tool" through the pried slot and get onto the inside door handle lock switch, applying pressure to flip it rearward. You'll have to bend the rod for best geometry and try a few times to get enough pressure to operate the switch. Occasionally I've had luck trying to depress a power window switch downward, but generally resort to flipping the door handle lock button instead. The AAA person will simply do the same thing...so have at it.
