i call it a charge light? Is the light on going down the highway or only at idle? sometimes when vehicle is trying to stall, some of the dash lights will come on. i'd use a digital multimeter and double check the battery and charging system. Even if the generator stops charging, the engine won't stall unless battery is down. As far as stalling at idle, I'd check and clean anything that has to do with idle air system. clean throttle bore and around throttle plate, don't force the throttle plate. You have tac/throttle actuator control. Any trouble codes relating to tac or charging system? Just my opinion. good luck

Got the car to start long to do a diagnostic check any ideas maybe battery cables?
