2012 ej25 in a 98 subaru legacy outback

I have a 98 Subaru Legacy Outback 2.5L DOHC
EJ25 that has a few issues. I found a 2012 EJ25
engine.

What would it take to swap these? I'm already
pulling the engine from my 98, and want to know if
I want to deal with the headache of doing this
swap before I buy the new engine.
