hi every body here my car make me crazywith tik tik sound lifter how i know bad onei replaced with used hla last month i clean it and bleeding but sound is still comming Special when i turn car off and start Again also when i goine about 120km for one hour the sound it rise up too much and noisey is that oil pump ? or type of oil ? my car is subaru legcy 98 ej20 sohc pleas help

My '96 subaru started overheating recently. The temp is fine while driving, but the gauge goes up when I stop the car at light, ect. I replaced the thermostat and it ran fine (temp was normal) for five days. Then it started to over heat again just like before. Any ideas? 19 Answers

I have a 1997 SUBARU LEGACY. While driving yesterday my car shut off on me. I noticed that I had no fire on my plugs. I tested the coil pack and everything was good. When I try to start my car it just 1 Answer

Whines but will not start. I tried using either and still nothing. Can someone please help me. Coil pack good. Spark plugs good. Disconnected battery to try and reset the cpu. Please help.

I turned my 97 Subaru legacy 2.5gt off. When I tried to restart it everything was dead!!! It was like the battery wasn't hooked up. I took the keys out and walked in the house. I looked outside and the tail light were on and the front amber lights were on. I tried to start it and nothing. I cleaned the battery posts but it didn't help. I unhooked the positive cable and put the key in the ignition and turned it on in order to hook the positive cable up. It started just fine, however the running lights are still on and the dash lights are blinking! I turned the engine off and the running lights were still on and the dash lights were still blinking. I had to unhook the positive cable to stop this process. Can anybody out there point me in the right direction??? 1 Answer
