temperature gauge jumping numbers, mph gauge not working

When I drive my car the temperature gauge is jumping numbers
my average speed gauge along with my mph gauge is not working
my fan will not cut on and there is a plug at the back on the motor
off the harness that is not plugged in

try plugging that wire back in all that sounds like a electrical issue. check your fuses too
