Transmission problems

I have a 2006 chevy cobalt with 153,000 miles on
it. The transmission shifts into drive and runs and
drives good. Nothing happens when i shift into
reverse and when shifted into 1 or low it engages
but barely moves. Could this be shift solenoid
problems or just tranny going out altogether?
