Anti theft light

I have reprogrammed my key and rest my computer. I have
tried everything. When I turn my ignition on the only light
that comes on the dash is the anti theft light. That's the
only light that comes on no other light on the dash board
comes on an I cant start my car what can I do to fix it

I would check you tube and I tell you how many Times to turn the the key on and off with out turning it to start and that help me with my uncle's truck that's a Chevy try that see
