Chevy cobalt blowing hot air not cooling down compressor working refrigerant
pressure good.
most likely a blend door is stuck open to the heater position. Try clamping off heater hose to keep heater core from getting hot, then try feeling for any cold coming from AC evap coil. Air will still be directed across heater core vs. AC, but you may be able to detect it's getting cold. If that's the case then it's just a matter of fixing the blend door.
