1993 legacy hard to start cold and radiator fan always on

replaced throttle position sensor and temp. sensor per engine codes. still doing same thing.runs fine if you get it started before battery dies.fan still always running  has 130000 mi., any ideas

first what is the code say for the temp sensor. second for the radiator fan always on it could be something as simple as a sticking relay try switching the relay with another known good one and see if the fan is still runing if it is you my have a short in the wiring.

Also having this issue currently. Hard start till you get it started rad fan always running
