How do you fix the heat and ac in a sub legacy 87' wagon?

My ac , fan and heater will only work sometimes and I know its not debris in the motor...its something else. run power to it and itll work but only sometiimes...i think its the wiring...its a 87' sub

I would check all the electrical connections for corrosion. An old, worn out motor can work sometimes and not others due to bad spots on the armature or worn out brushes. You may need a new fan motor.
