How much is my car really worth?

Asked by chrisduryee Jul 26, 2014 at 01:24 AM about the 2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I have a 2000 Impreza 2.5RS with just over 151000 miles on it.  It has had all
maintenance done on it including the head gasket, brakes, tires and so on.  Everything
is stock and I haven't made any upgrades or changes to the car.  It has some minor
chips and dings from normal wear and tear but no major body damage at all.  The time
has come for me to sell this car but I'm not sure what to sell it for.  I know that they are
hard to find and usually in high demand.  Where should I start my pricing?

I see them anywhere between $4-6K where I am. It will depend on location and individual car but from your description I would price it at $5200 and take offers.
