Please don't take this wrong.. but you need to read for days-to- weeks on turbo theory, builds, parts lists, prices, etc. check out www.subaruforester.org and maybe register, make a new member thread and ask for some help/advice but overall, check the custom sections, etc and read, read, read. Best regards,

If you can find an entire running and driving wrx parts car of the same year to take everything out of for the swap for dirt cheap like a flood car with a salvage title, it's worth it. If not you will be spending a lot of money in parts to do so. It is a fun swap and easy swap if you have the time and money. I've seen many people do it. But it will be quite expensive.

Mike. You also need considerable mechanical experience. NOT a good project for a newbie.
