Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just bought a 01 forester L noted it has 1 disc and 1 drum brake on the rear. Runs and handles fine but I'm worried which system should I repalce. Drums are original disc on the drives side appears to be from a yard. Suggestions Pleas

I personally would stick to one or the other because when it comes down to it at a time when it really matters you will have uneven performance and could ruin the car in a wreck, brakes matter and are not something to put off, either go to both drums, or both disks, either way it's best to have both brakes replaced at the same time.
