Can I Add Fog Lamps?

I don't think your base model would have the correct connection.

If the bumper has the correct spot for them to go the lights should work. The wiring is probably there already.

To expand upon what F_O_R said above, if you find that the wiring/harness is already there, you can buy a turn-signal "stalk" (more accurately called a combination switch or multi- function switch) which has the fog lamp switch built into it. A popular on-line retail store has an ACDelco one for $39, or perhaps also take the stalk from the same car you get the lights from.
