How to fix the ledge that fell off under my car doors?

Hey guys,

The ledge that is under my car doors came off and I
noticed that it's held by this plastic knob that fit inside a
hole on the other side of the ledge.  Two of them broke off,
so it's not entirely secure.  I was just wondering if you guys
have any thoughts on how I can fix it.

Go to a parts store and show them the "plastic knob". They should be able to fix you up.
