I replaced CV joint sway bar hubs hub bearings tie
rods everything except struts

Can't figure out what's wrong I replaced everything except struts

Maybe swap your tires back to front to rule out something cracked or broken on the wheel itself?? If its just clicking keep driving till it gets worse. Maybe that will makd it easier to isolate the source. Not great advice, Sorry, but its all I've got.
