what should i do if my car dont started and have a new starter

I have a 2004 Grand Prix 38...i just got a new
starter and battery..i was driving my car got back in
it after turning it off and it wouldnt started.i put the
key in it click than i heard a little hissing..my radio
came on my lights.do anybody know the
problem??

Sounds like a loose battery connection. If you just replaced the battery I'd start there. Make sure the cable are tight to the battery

I got my battery check out it was a wire ..i have new starter,wires,spourts,oil change,good water pump,i just dont know whats the problem

So it still won't start? Does it try to start or does the engine not even turn over when you turn the key. How recently did you get the other work done? What was the problem with the wire? A bit more info and one of us might be able to give you some direction.
