No Combution from engine

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No combution from engine moved it 6 feet and will no longer start up. Had someone tell me the timing chain, any help or if you  know approx. cost to fix 2004 Changed the module on top of engine and plugs still no power...Help wold it be better to get rid of it or fix.

Check for spark at any spark plug. If thats okay your next item is to check for compression. You can get an inexpensive gauge at most auto parts stores, follow the directions. If you have low, or no compression, then I agree it's probably a timing issue but it could be as simple as replacing the timing belt tensioner. Timing belt and tensioner isn't a huge job, labor should be about 1 hour.
