Your car requires the heavy duty version of the 4T65E transmission. It will be designated a 4T65E-HD and can be found in GM supercharged cars such as the Olds 88, Chev Impala and Monte Carlo, Pontiac Bonneville SSEi, Buick Regal, Riviera, Park Ave Ultra, etc. Search the auto wreckers in a 300 mile radius from where you live and you should be able to find one, although they're not plentiful. Having one shipped to you within that range won't be overly expensive. If you find one in a small town (like I did) there won't be a ton of demand and they may be happy to get rid of it for a reasonable price. I found a low miler (30,000 miles that had been sitting on the shelf for 6 years. Almost brand new, for a few hundred bucks plus shipping.)
