No start

Car wont start but already has toggle switch
security bypass. What is the proper order in useing
the toggle switch

I have no idea because that is something that was jury rigged by a previous owner (I assume).

Since you did not install it, try starting the car with the switch in one position. If it works, that is the position to use (and return it to the other position when the car is running). If it does not start, change the switch position and repeat.
