How do i bypass theftlock to put in a aftermarket stereo

You don't have to bypass it. Buy a good radio wiring harness wire it up by color, very easy to do. 11 connections without an external amp.

yeah hes right man cause i have the same problem right now kinda just dont buy a harness from walmart cause tryust me the colores that match arnt right for the hook up like mine kicks on i can hear the power but no face light up so yeah get a a good harness

Where could i get a good harness that is not really expensive cuz I'm on a tight budget

Best Buy. They have a pretty good car audio and install department. Most of the time. Make sure you use at least crimp butt connectors. Don't just strip, twist and tape the wires. You will need a GM antenna adapter as well.
