Issues with security light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This is my first year driving in snow and the other day i drove over a small
snow pile in my driveway and a couple minutes later my security light came
on. Since then when I'm driving it keeps coming on after about 5 minutes of
driving. I don't know why. Does anyone have an suggestions on why this is or
what I can do to shut it off?

I had same problem. I found fix for it online. Need a electronics person to do this. Measure voltage on the body Ctrl module security wire when running fine. Should be 1-4 volts. Spec is 3.8volts. record ur voltage measurement. Cut security wire going into body Ctrl module. Splice in 5k ohm ten potentiohmeter. Start car and adjust ten turn potentohmeter for previously measured voltage. Then shut off. Put key to on for ten minutes to relearn security setting.
