I've bought coils before and turn out to be bad being new. But I would start with checking to see if you blown any fuses.

I had a miss in my car and we took apart everything down to the block and found nothing, the last thing we tried was moving the injector from cyl 2 to cyl 3 and the miss moved. Replaced the bad injector and it was fine, not sure with getting it to start but this could help with the miss
