Does it chime when your seat belt is latched?

Yes ... every 35 seconds in charge with both flat with no seat belts last even when the car is off in the keys out of the car it still chimes

I can't understand your post but if the chimes are going off with the seat belts latched it could be a bad seat belt connector. If the chimes go off with the keys out, the headlights might be on or the ignition switch might be worn out.
