First remove and clean battery terminals if that does not work check connections at starter and also check negative ground to vehicle and check fuses in fuse box under the hood for any blown fuses.

I have a 99 pontiac grand am se 3.4L V6. The issue is that it starts and idles fine but as soon as I go to accelerate it just shuts off. It did have overheating issues but right after I fixed those it started doing this. I replaced the cam position sensor and also the engine coolant temp sensor and it didnt help. I was thinking of replacing the ignition coil packs and housi g but not sure if that would fix it. There are no check engine lights or stored codes . 4 Answers

I have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am GT it will not start. When u turn the key the starter doesnt receive any power. The radio plays and the trunk door keeps popping open but the starter never cranks. I 2 Answers

I've had the battery starter and alternator checked out at AutoZone th err y are all fine.
